Why We Need You

Spiffy is growing and so are the things we need to do in order to support our customers and an expanding market. Your help is needed! You'll be the cornerstone of our operations, enhancing our leadership's effectiveness and orchestrating strategic initiatives that directly help us grow.

What You'll Do

• CEO Handler 💼: Ensure our CEO and leadership team are as productive and focused as possible. You’ll create massive leverage by taking projects off their plate, proactively identifying bottlenecks, and being a strategic thought partner for executive planning.
• Business and Product Management 🛠️**:** Act as an extension of the CEO to ensure smooth execution of our plans across product and business operations. This includes partnering with our finance and legal teams, helping scale AI training processes, and tracking roadmap priorities.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Facilitator 🚀: Partner with key stakeholders to ensure strong execution both tactically and strategically. This includes creating essential assets, leveraging the leadership team’s network to setup key meetings, and optimizing our outbound processes to support our growth.

• Curious 🧠: You may not code but still have a genuine interest in generative AI. Bonus if you can understand and explain the ‘high level’ concepts of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Fine-tuning.
